SHOTS FIRED!
Ellen (of ellen fame) has spoken up against color discrimination but not color as in Black and White people, but how colors are gendered (girls=pink, boys=blue) and how that notion carries on throughout one’s lifetime into adulthood when companies start marketing gender-specific products that make no damned sense. Why are 1 and 2 pound weights pink and all other weights not? Why do we need cars and writing pens geared specifically to women?
I’m a man and I like pink and purple. Does that make me less of one?
