I never really liked Captain America, never really liked the Avengers for that matter. I was more of an X-Men kinda kid. It wasn’t until Marvel’s Civil War that I was like “Holy shit! Captain America is kinda badass.” I also like the love/hate relationship that he and Iron Man have developed in Marvel NOW! Funny how in my older, wiser age, I’m digging the Avengers more than the X-men and Captain America has become my favorite Marvel character… Next to Squirrel Girl of course.
Avengers Action Figures will be that one collectable item that you will be so mad at yourself for not copping. These super realistic sons of bitches will run you around $200 each and to top that off, Tony Stark Mark VI is limited to 3000 worldwide and won’t be available in stores, AND Loki (the dopest of them all by far) won’t be available until Christmas time.
I saw The Avengers over the weekend and boy did I like it. I almost peed myself from glee (and too much Coke Zero). It reminded me that I have a bunch of Tony Stark T-shirts left over from when we dropped them circa the first Iron Man movie. I dug through the “warehouse” and found some. Get them while the last at a super special price in Adult and Kid sizes.
