FRESH FITTED FRIDAY
New Era x DISSIZIT New York City Dissizit
Navy crown with an orange brim. Kinda reminds me of Syracuse G hats from back in the day. The fresh bit about this particular cap is the New Era side logo in a matching colorway.
An official collaboration between The Real McKoy and designer, fellow sneakerhead and friend Benny “alphapack” Jackson. The design is inspired by our love of fresh kicks and an homage to that old school waffle lacing we used to do as kids.
Available at McKoy’s Many Mart.
And there you have it: Meat & Potatoes Kinda Gal by The Real Mckoy. Available March 2012 on t-shirts and art prints on http://manymart.therealmckoy.com (Taken with Instagram at Battlestation Omega 1)

Which do you prefer to rock (This answer determines the future of the world as we know it):
A) Fitted, slim tees (Bella, American Apparel)
B) Relaxed fit, youth cut, standard girl’s tees (Anvil, GAP dolman-sleeve T)
?

YOU CAN DO ANYTHING by Jason The Real McKoy (inspired by Lexi Hutchins)

In the states Carhartt is pretty much known for making workman’s gear and uniforms for late 90s hip-hop artists. Everywhere else, Carhartt is known for making dopeness. Case in point: these bags for Spring 2012.

The Real McKoy “What Had Happened Was…” T-shirt Collection
The Real McKoy has released the first six of an infinite amount of graphic tees for the month of November and beyond. All designs are inspired by breakfast cereal and random thoughts that go through his head while he eats breakfast cereal in the morning. “What Had Happened Was…” is an explanation of sorts for his absence.
To quote the man himself:
“This is just the beginning. I took mad time off from designing for myself and my own line to design for other people so I can eat and pay rent. It’s about time I get back into again because I’m bored and I want to step my game up again.”
What’s new (and awesome) about this time around is that 5% of all retail purchases go to a different charity a month. This month TRM is donating to FEEDINGNYC to help feed families this Thanksgiving.
The t-shirts and hoodies are available now at McKoy’s Many Mart (therealmckoy.bigcartel.com).
Straight outta Creative Heights (aka Crown Heights, aka Crow Hill), Strange Truth Studio, purveyors and creators of fine hand-made womenswear and accessories.
